inos delivers Single-Camera systems for applications with few, but still challenging requirements. E.g. the existence of parts. By this a system can check whether there is the proper fuel cap fitted to the filler plug, or you can check whether the right axle or gearbox is fitted to the car.These kinds of application don’t have high requirements for measurement accuracy in the range of 0.1mm. But it is required to recognize 100% also with changing environment conditions. Usually in these kinds of applications positioning tolerances are in the range of cm, or the illumination is not specifically defined, or there are limitations in steel construction as the system will added during the ongoing production.
The integration in the system control and the quality management system is also supported.
