Height, Width and Surface of Glue is being inspected during application
The form of a glue as in Glazing applications is decisive for the retention force and leak tightness after the gluing.
The inos sensor for glue inspection checks the glue from two sides during the application. Edges are being inspected with the same precision as straight sections. The sensor recognizes if the glue misses height, if the width on the base is out of tolerance and cambers; e.g. if there is an inside bubble.
