inos HPFIT was the first BestFIT system in operation world wide with sensors on the gripper. Today it is one of the (or just the?) most versatile and robust system. This has been achieved by the production experience of several million doors to car body. This has been continuously feeded back into the design team and became available to the client by software and hardware improvements and new features sets.Sensors on the gripper allow a high flexibility of the door in the gripper and a high variance in the position of the car body. At the same time investment costs are reduced, as there is no need for additional steel frame to take the sensors, like for systems with static sensors.

Production lines with different car types or variants of glasses can be managed with one gripper only - as long as this is physically reasonable. The high requirements because of the different reflection behavior of glass and color variants of the car body are automatically matched by the inos HPFIT software.
